ANTIQUE VICTORIAN AMETHYST / SEED PEARL MOURNING RING Very nice Victorian mourning ring set with an oval amethyst stone surrounded with seed pearls. Closed back design. The shoulders are decorated with a flower / scroll pattern and have the setting for a tiny seed pearl, although one of these is missing (easily replaced). Otherwise in good order with a good, thick band. At some point the ring has been altered (currently a UK size O+) which has made the hallmarks impossible to confirm. Our jeweller has confirmed, however, that the ring is at least 9ct gold. Weighs +/- 5.3g. Please ask any questions.
