Artistically done c1876 (album’s patent date) scrapbook of parrots, game birds, flowers, butterflies, conch shells, Victorian women and children, fruit, horseshoes, and two angels in fields of gold stars. Just gorgeous. Ornate Eastlake blue buckram cover and gold embossing, tight binding. Measures 8.5 x 11”, 54 pgs. The largest scraps are 4” and the smallest (conch shells for example are around 1”.)
