Lovely To Behold Antiques & Treasures A Very Feminine Petite Antique Gold Gilt Art Nouveau Floral Motif Lavalier Necklace with Decorative Chain . This sweet dainty Art Nouveau costume necklace is comprised of a lovely openwork pendant with three bead set seed pearls at its points . Its focal point is a detailed gold gilt flower with a baroque seed pearl center. Above the flower are gold gilt leaves and a bezel set ruby colored faceted stone with a small pearl spray, on three gold metal stems. Each side of the pendant, under the spray, attaches to a pretty little delicate chain, having four very small baroque pearls and two open back faceted ruby colored stones, set in a circle of gold metal, trailing up it and end with a spring ring closure. T are no marks on this piece, but we do believe it to be costume and the ruby colored stones, pearls and gold metal , not to be real. This old necklace is in very good antique condition. T is no visual damage to the structure, stones or pearls. T is some mild marring on the back of the three spray pearls were they attach to the gold metal stems. The two side chains measure a total of 16 3/4 inches in length . The pendant measures 1 inch in length and 11/16 of an inch in width. The necklaces total weight is under a gram. You most probably know that the USPS rates have increased, but you may not be aware, that they have some new rules as well. For example: The Post Office will now measure each and every package, even the standard various sized priority boxes, and enter the Length and Total Girt (all four sides, for the width of the box) into their new digital weighing machines. These machines will now automatically jump a package to a higher designated weight and charge accordingly, to compensate for its size and the space it will take in a truck. This fluctuates with different zip codes and happens even with smaller packages that do not fall into their 'large package' category.
