CLASSIC SPLIT-PEDESTAL DINING TABLE This is a super 45" round split-pedestal walnut Vitorian dining table that dates back to the 2nd half of the 19th century. It has its original finish on the pedestal and apron. Because of wear to the table top, it had to be refinished and it matches the pedestal. This table comes with one wide leaf, but originally probably had a total of five leaves. It has a leg in the pedestal which supports the center area. The center led comes with the table, but is not attached at the present. In order to keep the pedestal from spreading at the bottom, a bold has been installed....when leaves are installed, the bold will have to be removed. T are brass castors on all bottom surfaces. When the one leaf is used, the table is 59" long. It is 29 1/4" tall. It is a beautiful table and will go very well in that special Victorian house. Please ask questions before bidding and good luck...email or call . Because of the size and weight of this item, it is being offered for pick-up only at our place in Vernon, Sussex County, NJ 07462. We will not get involved in the shipping process. We accept personal and cashiers checks and money orders and NJ residents add 7% sales tax..
