Antique Late Victorian period top quality solid silver dress brooch finished to the face with surmounted releif work including a horse shoe detail and two hearts with flowers flanked at the shoulder with Nouveau ovetoned scrolled leaves,the reverse to the brooch is secured with pin and clasp in good order,markings are present indicating Birmingham,circa 1899 with the makers mark 'S.Bros' the brooch measures 4.6 cm in width and 2.2 cm in breadth, will benefit from a gentle clean and polish,shows light wear with age and handling,. weight : 4.3grammes Please Note that most of our auctions end and start on sundays,it is our aim to get your goods dispatched to you as quickly as possible and as such all items paid for before 12pm on the day after auction end will be guaranteed for dispatch on Tuesday morning, any items paid for after this period and before thursday morning 10am will be dispatched friday morning,all other items will be sent with the following weeks postal runs depending on payment date.Thank you!
