This is a cool old lens display case for an Optometrist.The case is made of wood with leather veneer which has peeled away with age.The corners have dovetail joints and the case is firm.One of the latches still works so it can be closed.The interior display tray area is red velvet which is in nice condition considering its age.The Lens holders are velvet and are set in an oak frame.The labels are really cool and the frame is removable from the case.I think that this is an interesting conversation piece.If you have a lens collection, this would be a wonderful display case for you.If you collect medical antiques this would be a great addition to your collection.If you are involved in the eye care industry this would be a cool fixture for display.I love these old timey items.21" x 12" 2 1/2" are the dimensions of this case.I ship to the lower 48 states.
