This Alt Beck & Gottschalck 30 inch doll certainly needs some major TLC. She was wrapped in the attic of my 97yr old aunt's house. The bisque head with pierced(no earrings) ears and mohair or human hair wig has no cracks or chips. Discolored due to age and or dirt... Her glass eyes don't close fully when laying down and her eyelids, when closed, show some cracks...see pictures. Please use all pictures and ask questions when determining your bid because I am not a collector and may not mention things you might find important. I had to pull up the back of her wig to find out her maker but the wig is in pretty bad shape anyway. Her legs were unstringing themselves as I was undressing her and taking pictures but I have all the pieces. I didn't remove her shoes and socks because they'd fall apart. I have clothes that I'll send with her..they're old, dirty and I don't know if they're original because I know my aunt's mother sewed a lot. The composition arms legs and torso have some chips and minor surface cracks, nothing major. The body has,Made in Germany, stamped on back. The pinky on one hand must be cracked or broken because it's taped. Again...PLEASE use the photos. I will mail her the fastest way possible for price quoted.
