I am listing a beautiful, rare size cast iron Hudson barn pulley in very good condition. The number on this pulley is 827 M. It has a nice rustic look and is clean and ready to display. There is still a lot of the old red paint still showing. It is a little larger than most and is 12" tall and 7 1/2" wide. All the loose rust and dirt was removed and a light coat of clear lacquer was applied. The frame is in great shape with no breaks or repairs. The raised cast lettering on the frame is clear and easy to read. The sheave is in excellent condition, in fact one of the nicest I have seen with the exception of the one ding I have shown in the photo's. It has a couple of normal age cracks and was cleaned, lightly sanded and clear coated to protect and preserve the wood. The eye hook swivels and the sheave turns freely. These old barn pulleys make great rustic decorators and are very collectable. This Hudson Pulley is a rare size and would look great in your cabin or lake house.
