HISTORY: Found this item in amongst my late fathers boxes. Do not know if it works, do not know what it is from, thus sold for parts, spares or repair. ITEM: Platform has no makers names visible and is exactly as shown in the photos. Presumed to be an escapement from a vintage carriage clock due to the obvious discoloration of the brass platform. Has an engraved "2" on one side. MEASUREMENTS: Overall approx. measurements of platform are 23mm wide by 35mm long. Outer holes are 15mm apart, lower holes are approx 15mm apart. Distance between upper and lower holes is approx 22mm. OTHER PARTS: are as shown in photos - spring wheel looks broken, other bits look ok, again - sold for parts.
