This is a vintage candlestick dial telephone. It has no markings. It works great. It has the adapter plate so a modern plug can be plugged in to make it work with current wiring. It is black with a silver colored plate behind the mouthpeice. It has a brown cord and felt base. I could not find any markings on it. The mouthpeice swivels up and down. It may be a reproduction. Please judge the condition by the photos.
