Antique Vintage 1 PRIMITIVE BASKETS QUILT BLOCK c.1935-50 Made in a Nebraska Farmhouse. This FOLK ART quilt block is approx. 14.5" square as in pix #1 and 20 inches on point as in pix #2. The quilt block has a BLUE with WHITE STRIPES cotton fabric for the baskets (with a red accent in a stripe) and a White FEEDSACK background. The block is made up of 4 identical 7 inch basket blocks that are machine stitched together very nicely. Excellent condition, CLEAN, strong and sturdy. No stains, holes or loose seams. Stored carefully and previously laundered but no shredding/strings on the back. See the last pix for a close-up of the back. Perfect for framing, quilted wall-hanging, pillow, shabby and cottage-chic decor, any number of crafts, etc. My feedsacks used for backgrounds in pix are not included.
