Antique Wash Bowl & Jug 1851 Bull Rush Design Earthenware The design is transfer printed and then glazed and fired, then hand painted with green colour.A beautiful bull rush designthe condition is good, the paint at the bottom of the bowl has been rubbed or washed away and in other small places. small chip to the jug see pic. larger chip to the inside of the stand rim of the bowl, not really noticable as its manly on the inside of the foot. otherwise in great conditionit would make a really nice feature in a rustic bedroom.many thanks for looking and any questions welcome.
