a superb antique onyx double sided swivelling intaglio, the simplicity of the stirrup framing, the style of the stone carving and the costume of the rider, scream of age: circa 1810/20deep etching of a hunter riding a galloping horse, turn over and here is the hunted: a deer leaping for its freedom, beautiful!in great condition for its 200 years just one chip on side where stirrup attach to stone, not noticeable front wise. these intaglio are in great demand and can be set as pinky rings.3.2grm2cm(0.7") wide for intaglio
