It is a folding pocket watch style holder for antique photos. It opens up to reveal 4 glass antique photos 2 with children and 2 with adults. One is cracked. The others show some of the photos becoming loose from the glass. The case is nicely engaved and shows 4 or 5 small pings on the cover and some small surface scratches. Otherwsie good condition.
