Antique Wedgwood Majolica Plate - 1870 Description Antique Wedgwood Majolica Plate - 1870 A lovely example of a Majolica plate/shallow bowl with a border of daises surrounding the classic Majolica green in a basket weave. This plate holds a particular charm, not being flat, there is a gentle wave around its circumference (please see images). The plate is stamped with the standard WEDGWOOD and the date cypher CFY (1870).The plate is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. There is crazing throughout and some pitting to the glaze on the reverse.Aproximate diameter - 22cm Always happy to combine postage at cost. Any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
