Not sure how they did this, but antique candlestick phone lamp. Phone is old cast metal, marked "pat in USA Jan 26 15". Earpiece marked "Kellogg S&S Co Chicago USA". Solid brass hanger and mount for speaking section. Still old cord from earphone to base. Phone cord replaced with power cord for lamp. Nice transition - not sure what it would take to turn it back! Any chance it could have been made this way? Cord does look fairly old. Old eagle finial. Shipping to zones far from midwest would be much less expensive parcel post than priority due to dimensionial charge. Packed weight will be 7 pounds and our zip code is 61801. (See ebay calculator to figure shipping costs through the US Postal Service). Postage is now determined by dimensional weight (packed size) as well as actual weight. For zones outside the Midwest, parcel post will be considerably less expensive. Ebay doesn't have a calculator for Fed Ex ground, but it could also be considerably cheaper in some instances, and is certainly an option.
