I am not sure of the maker of this wheel but it is solid and tight. This is warped and will need to be straightened out for use. This wheel has brass eyelets which I don't believe to be a very common feature for wheels of this era that I am guessing possibly used as racing wheels for rigidity? This wheel measures 25-1/2 inches across which I believe makes this a 27 or 28 inch wheel. Wheel measures 1-7/16 inches wide edge to edge and the inside tire channel measures 1 inch wide. All eyelets are in tact and the wheel looks good and in un-molested condition. Rim has 32 holes for spokes. Feel free to ask any questions you might have.
