Antique wooden plow plane. There is no marking or patent date on this plane other than the blade stamped "Prov Tool Co" (Providence). Brass thumbscrew and steel blade. The only stamp with name is on the blade. It looks to be an Ohio Tool Co plane from all of the features, two notches on the front of the body and the way the steel is one section attached to the wood body and does not have any additional brass plate like others. The foot is attached with the two arms attaching to the adjusting screw. These features are found on the Ohio Tool plow plane.Look at photos for details. Complete and Fully functional or display plane.
