hi folks ,this old anvil came to me in a trade but i have no interest in keeping it ,its just not my style .its obviouslyan old hornless colonial anvil the only markings i can find are 1 1 8 stamped in the face ,i dont know if thatis the weight in pounds or kilos or what . if this anvil could talk it would probably reveal the secrets of therevolutionary war and Benedict Arnold . or Paul Revere .i guess you could use this anvil but i think its more attractive as a collector anvil ,so look at the pictures andask questions ,its selling with no reserve and a one dollar starting price .its for local pickup only but i will strap to a pallet and take it to a fastenal store or local trucking companyfor 40 bucks . my guess is that it weighs between 118 lbs and 150 lbs . its heavy . its 10 inches high ,13 inches long on the face ,and the face is 5 inches wide .
