I have tried to show this in the photos just added. The last line of figures are very difficult to make out and my observation could be wrong. Looking at it in more detail, it looks like it would cleanup very nicely and it has not got damage except for overall oxidisation. There is a sort of crack or fissure to the side of the pointed end down one corner, which does not look deep.
