Excellent condition- Very excellent near mint transitional 1940s boudoir doll. She is from my personal collection and was used in one of my boudoir doll magazine articles. She is a lovely example of a transitional boudoir doll- probably made after WWII. She is 24" tall with beautiful not crazed or cracked composition head. The paint has a lovely matte finish.Black mohair wig that is just sowing in front of her hat, plastic arms and high heeled feet. Beautiful condition rayon gown in yellow. Very full and ruffled- matching hat. No rips, tears, or stains, or odors. The dress and hat have never been off the doll and the staples are still holding them in place.. There is a stiff slip under her skirt and the only thing I can spot that is wrong is a slight age spotting of her cloth legs under the skirt.. Totally original , and in exceptional condition.. No odors, stains or any other issues. From a smoke free home! Bid or I keep her. No returns or refunds- Payment due at end of auction. Do ask questions as I might have forgotten something? No Private, hidden or negative feedback bidders. US bidders only.
