W & J George & Becker Ltd London. According to the maintenance card that comes with the balance the date is ~ 1970.The balance is a Nivoc Aperiodic Balance. Range 200g -0.01mg The scale on the front of the balance is illuminated from the rear by a 240v lamp ( Item should be checked electically) The reflecting mirrors will require readjusting.All of the chromed weights are in good condition with no pitting or tarnishing there are some scatches on the woodwork to the top of the case. otherwise in good condition for it's age.
