A flown .5 x .5 swatch of Kapton foil from the Apollo 11 Command Module Columbia's thermal protection subsystem. Affixed to an 8.5 x 11 informational presentation sheet hand-signed by Ken Havekotte, stating that it was removed after splashdown by O. W. Nasse, who was assigned to the Apollo 11 post landing and safety recovery team. In fine condition.
