Apollo 11 flown Kapton heatshield foil English description : This Spaceflori 8x10 presentation bears a piece of the Apollo 11 capsule's ablative heatshield - Kapton gold foil. This heatshield foil partly burned away during reentry and can be seen on many photographs of the actual recovery. Neil Armstrong became the first man to set foot on the moon july 20th 1969 in the landing area "Tranquility Base".
