We mainly sell to people in the UK and we usually do this for £2.99 per item - this buys you 1st class Recorded Delivery from Royal Mail. They are usually very good and this added to our super fast service - e.g. we post the item the same day if you pay before 3.30pm (Monday - Friday) or the next working day if it is after this time or a Bank Holiday - usually means you recieve the item within 1 - 3 days. If you buy one of our more expensive watches we always send it by Next Day guaranteed delivery before 1 pm (Monday - Friday again) - no additional cost to you - but peace of mind for us both with Insurance cover of up to £500. For our Worldwide customers (about 25% of you at the moment!!) we offer International Signed For at £6.99 which has in most cases been very reliable and usually quite quick too and where possible we will use Airsure for those Countries that have this service. We also send a Tracking Number to all our Overseas customers as soon as we get it ~ this allows you to check your local service after about a week to see if it has arrived. But for all our customers we are only an email away and we always try t resolve any issues with you as speedily as possible ~ having happy customers is what we are all about. We hope that you love the products that you buy from us ~ sometimes however the item that you have bought is not what you hoped for or it doesn't suit you ~ either way we are always happy for you to return items and we will refund you with no problem at all ~ just happy to help where we can.At some point in time a watch battery will stop ~ this is as sure to happen as night is to follow day ~ the million dollar question is when??Most batteries last 18 months or so ~ but what no-one really knows is when does the 18 months start!!If we have had the watches for a while or we get notification from one of our customers that this has happened ~ we always do 2 things straight away ~ first we ask the customer to return the watch ~ at our expense of course ~ we change the battery and return the watch to them. The second thing we do is to change every battery in that batch of watches before sending out another order ~ so if this does happen to you ~ I know it is annoying but we will always try to make it right ~ either by repairing or replacing or refunding you ~ please just give us a chance if this does happen.As always if their are any problems just let us know and we will do our very best to make it right.Finally ~ eBay now send out Feedback reminders ~ we have no control over this and we do not like putting any pressure ... read more
