Up for auction is a hand painted dish made by Arabia in Finland. This small dish is part of the Ara line designed and produced by Kurt Ekholm in the 1930s. This line was made of terracota with a thin glaze and hand painted design. There is a tiny nick on the edge and this line was prone to glaze misses and glaze pops. So considering the vulnerability of the terracota, this dish is in wonderful condition. It measures 5 by 5 by 1 1/2 inches. Shipping for this item within the United States is a flat rate of $7.
