G. Argy-Rousseau Pate de Verre Pendant "Papyrus" Flapper Rose Quartz Necklace 1924 Beautifully and uniquely crafted Pate de verre French art glass pendant by G. Argy-Rousseau in 1924 measures 2-5/8" X 2" X 3/16" from two 14.5" strands of beads that each include : 9 silver metal 3/8" spacers; 6 colorless 3/8" round beads; 14 rosaline swirl .25" beads; and 6 large carved .5" rose quartz beads that have a fan starburst engraving. There are also crystal spacers. This is strung on some type of silk cord or possibly floss. The necklace is in excellent condition. The pate de verre is called "Papyrus" and is in shades of raspberry , white and eggplant. This piece is signed with an intaglio cut G.A-R . Refer to the photo with the red arrow.
