Gorgeous Charles Arhenfeldt German Porcelain demitasse set w/a lovely hand painted lovers scene. The rest of the cup & saucer has dainty Dresden flowers in a variety of colors. The beautiful porcelain mold has scrolled relief which has been carefully painted yellow with gold accenting. Cup - 3 1/4" tall; 2 1/4" top diameter.; 1 3/8" base diameter. Saucer - 4 1/2" diameter. The cup & saucer are marked w/Charles Arhenfeldt German & Austrian porcelain importers mark. The company also had a Limoges France Factory. Also marked w/ hand painted # 1084/578 (mold# & either artist or design #). Both pieces are in very good condition - no chips, cracks or crazing!!! The hand painted designs & gold accenting are in good condition. Thank you for looking!!!
