Military Poncho Liner "woobie" Condition--minimally used, no fading, rips or stains. GOOD condition Color-ACU NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING I have multiple other auctions of items. I will combine shipping at a discounted price for multiple auctions won. I offer full price shipping on first item (item with the highest shipping cost) and then half price on each additional item as long as it covers the shipping cost and ebay’s portion that they are now charging on the shipping cost.
