This is a listing for a vintage small Arnold Fountain Pen & Pencil Combination in White Cracked Ice Plastic. Item # 270.DESCRIPTION:BODY: The pen is 4.75 inches (4 3/4") in length with cap (screw on and off) on and pencil lead retracted. The body is 5/16 inches (5/16") wide at its widest point. The body from nib tip to pencil tip is 4.25 inches (4 1/4") in length. This is a lever style fountain pen. The sack is dried out and needs replacing. The body is a White Cracked Ice colored plastic. The body of the pen - pencil combination is in excellent condition, without any damage, breaks, cracks or bite marks.CAP: The cap is a screw on an off and works perfectly. It is also a White Cracked Ice colored plastic. Has a gold colored clip, crown and band. The clip is marked or signed, " USA " at the very top and then " ARNOLD ". There is no damage to the cap.NIB: The nib 9/16 inches (9/16") in length. The nib is marked or signed " SIGNATURE ", " 2 " and " MADE IN USA ". The nib is silver in color and in excellent condition.PENCIL END: The metal mechanical pencil end of the pen works perfectly extending and retracting the pencil lead. Appears to have been gold washed at one time and is now mostly silver.
