It was engraved by Herman van Loon for Nicolas de Fer who held the title of Geographer at Louis XIV's court. De Fer was one of the most prolific publishers of plans of European cities in the late seventeenth century.References: Pollak #21, pp.40-43.Condition: AA clear impression on sheet with a repaired hole in the right margin, not affecting map.
