( Estate ) Here is a vintage 10 kt yellow gold 1.25 Carat Ruby ring size 8. This ring was from a estate sale it was stored in this vintage double ring box. The deep red Ruby is 1.25 carats. 7 mm . As far as being a natural Ruby I would not know that being I m not a gemologist . I would have to send it out to be looked at with a cost of 200.00 to do so. So I am listing it as is with the vintage box. The ruby is in a 4 prong setting . It is a very clean ring the prongs are not worn down at all being as old as it may be. The band is 2.5 mm and tapers to 1.7 mm.The ruby is a very deep red in color . On the box it reads Georges Jewelers 319 Main Street New Britian Conn. The ring box is for holding 2 rings it is celluloid and is lined with a beige satin lining and double red heart plush ring slots. The box is in wonderful shape for the age I see no tears in the satin material or any cracks or dents. The weight of the ring is 2.2 grams.
