Art Deco era, wide, glossy black, Bakelite bangle in carved, octagonal shape! For sale is a vintage, Art Deco era, wide, glossy black, Bakelite bangle in carved, octagonal shape! A look from the past that translates beautifully into today's styles! The piece is a unique find! It is a bangle style bracelet made with Bakelite that is glossy black. The bracelet has a sliced shape. The edges of the bangle are carved to form an octagon. I have seen pieces like this before that are thin, spacer width, but never in a chunky bangle like this one! Bakelite pieces like this are becoming increasingly difficult to find, especially in this kind of perfect condition. This is a 'must have' piece that every vintage jewelry lover should have! Dimensions : .5" wide x 3/8" thick (at widest point) Weight: 32.9 grams This piece is in very good, vintage condition. It'd be a fantastic, unique, addition to any collection! I have lots of items in my store, including a thicker (.75") octagonal bangle in butterscotch and an identical bangle in bright orange, that would mix and match, beautifully, with this piece so take a peek!
