Beautiful Art Deco threaded orb shape match holder. It is just over 3 inches in diameter and stands 3 inches tall. It is made of thick glass which has a nice spun, fine threaded ribbed design around the outside of the orb for the purpose of striking matches to ignite them. The top insert is silver in color but I am not sure if it is sterling. Great feel and weight when picked up and held. NO RESERVE!!! A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO ANY COLLECTION! Condition: Excellent for its age and intended use with a few minor nicks to the threads on the orb. Please see photos. This holder still has it's original beauty and integrity.
