Art Deco Polar Bear Redware Figure G.E. 1939 ISLAND Pottery Prince Edward? Arctic.This red stoneware figure measures 8" inches long by 4" inches high and is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. After looking for hours I found only one other example like it. It was on Liveauctioneers and had the same mark but with a 1950's date and they didn't know the maker either. The mark has a mountain shaped line, G.E. 1939 and ISLAND... Possibly Prince Edward Island or Polar Bear Island.Be sure to check out all the pictures.Don't forget to Thanks for looking!
