This Buy It Now is for Rita only. Please do not bid unless you are Rita. I just love this pair of handmade pottery figures by the famous Austrian Artist Walter Bosse. Walter is best known for his Bronze/Brass figures.The man is 7-1/2" tall and has a 5-1/4" by6" base. He has an impressed marked on the bottom BOSSE AUSTRIA. He is missing 1/2 of his finger on the left hand and missing a finger on his right hand. He is also missing some curls on the back of his head. There is one small chip on the tip of the leaf on his hat. He still displays nicely. The terra-cotta on these pieces are very fragile.The lady stands 7-1/2" tall also and has a 5" by 5-1/2" base. She is also impressed marked BOSSE AUSTRIA. She has a small chip on the right side of her hair and her left jaw. She is missing a flower petal on her dress. She is also missing 2 fingers on her right hand with a small chip on her pinky. She is also missing part of her left hand and 4 fingers. She has one small chip on the back of her dress.Both pieces still display nicely and are scarce to even find together. They are hand made by Bosse who is no longer with us.Buyer to pay $75.50 shipping which includes insurance.
