SET OF TWO TILES -STYLE: Art Nouveau -TECHNIQUE : Manufacture Dust pressed clay tile using a mould & horsehead press- then burned- Decoration Relief molded majolica. Decorated with colored glazes. -COLORS : 2 -FACTORY : Maw and Co. Ltd. - UK -DIMENSIONS : 6" x 6" -APROXIMATE DATE: ca 1900 - CONDITION: These tiles are in good ondition, no flaws or repairs exist. Cement on reverse was carefully removed so minimal traces are remaining. Surface, as you can see, has a firm color and smooth glaze surface. Only minimal chips may be seen, but this is nothing for a more than 100 year old architectural piece. - SHIPPING : Shipping charges are calculated for 3 different shipping methods, the Uruguay registered packet standard (a bit slow) and accelerated (we recommend this very much) and finally courier Express mail FEDEX that is very fast.
