For sale is an Arthur Ashe Signed Auto PSA/DNA Certified Index Card framed w/ a 1966 Sports Illustrated Magazine.The magazine features Ashe at the US Open in Forest Hills, Queens, NY, the year he won the Open. He defeated Tom Okker in five sets to win the Men's Singles title. He became the first (and remains the only) African-American man to ever win the U.S. Open.The signature is in black ink on an index card and is certified authentic by PSA/DNA, the leading authenticator of sports autographs in the industry. It also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Memorabilia Magic, a very reputable seller of signed memorabilia.The piece is beautifully matted and framed in a brown wood frame that measures 20" high X 16" wide. It also features a gold tone plaque that reads "Arthur Ashe."Ashe passed away in 1993. Own a piece of tennis history.
