This came from a page out of an autograph book. It's personalized "To Mush, Art Shaw."CONDITION: Excellent, black fountain pen ink, paper is yellowed as noted. I am selling with the original Certificate of Authenticity that came with the item when I bought it years ago. I will note anything here that I can determine or see with my eyes that might impact the price or reason you'd want to buy this item. Please know, I am only a collector and not a registered professional seller. Most of the items I am selling I obtained personally from the star listed but in a few instances, I purchased them from collectors. I have decided to let much of my autograph collection go after collecting for all of my adult life.
