UP FOR AUCTION IS A SET OF 4 WONDERFUL COPPER CANDLE STICKS FROM E. DRAGSTED OF DENMARK SILVERSMITH TO THE KING THIS IS AN UNUSUAL METAL FOR HIM TO WORK IN BUT I BELIEVE THAT WITH THE ARTS AND CRAFTS MOVEMENT, HE STARTED TO WORK IN COPPERS. EACH IS A LITTLE OVER 3 1/2" TALL AND THEY TAKE A THIN TAPER CANDLE. APPROXIMATLY 1/2" OPENING. IN WONDERFUL USED CONDITION THEY NEED A LITTLE POLISHING BUT I WILL LEAVE THIS UP TO THE WINNING BID AS TO WHAT PETINA WOULD LOOK BEST. ONE HAS SOME SLIGHT OXIDATION OR A SMALL GREEN SPOT ALONG THE BOTTOM A WONDERFUL AND VERY COLLECTIBLE MARDI GRAS FAVOR FROM THE HISTORIC KREWES OF THE BIG EASY.....NEW ORLEANS PLEASE EMAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS!
