VINTAGE ARTS AND CRAFTS STYLE VASE with RING HANDLES. This beautiful rare early 20th century vase is in the Arts and Crafts style. It has a gloss Blue-Green semi-transparent glaze with a few light Brown streaks. There are no chips, cracks, or stains, but it has crazing overall which was done during the firing process. The shape is a 6 panel melon base which sweeps up the fluted neck and ends with a trumpet flower shape. The rings are applied to look like they are functional but they are not. The vase is yellow slip clay and has a cross in a circle which is similar to a Jersey City Pottery Works brand but I cannot be sure and there is also a number 71 scratched into the clay. It is 9 3/4" tall by 5 1/4" diameter at the widest. This one-of-a-kind vase would be a very nice addition to any arts and crafts collection. International buyers please contact me prior to bidding for eligibility, will not ship to some countries. Thanks for looking
