My aim once youhave purchased an item will be to get it in the post to you as soon as possible. So if you pay prompt, you will get it sooner. In the UK for smaller items I think the simplest thing to do is just to post it, the second class postal system works well here, many items are still delivered the following day. Certificates of Posting are essential for larger and more valuable items. If you want it quickly I can adjust the postal cost to special delivery or first class. (Can be important in the run towards Christmas). For more bulky and higher value items, it can be more complicated, especially if they are going overseas:- the requirements for customs documentation, and more robust & clear addresses being crucial. I make two commitments:- 1. Items are wrapped securely & and never marked as dispatched before consignment. (I may send a note saying when it will be posted , ahead of dispatch). 2. If an item is mis-described I will always accept a return, if you just don’t like it, we’ll need to talk.
