This is an amazing porcelain bud vase with a silver colored bright metallic glaze. Perhaps chrome? Or perhaps it is silver plated, though not marked such, and I don't think so because t was no tarnish when I bought it recently. It is an op art piece from the 1960's or 1970s, beautifully modeled in fine porcelain. It is stamped on the bottom with a green logo in an oval, "Arzberg, Germany". The mark is partially covered by the original quality control sticker which I haven't tried to remove, as shown in the photograph. The vase is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or scratches, and a beautifully unmarred surface. The interior is clean. T is normal wear on the base. Clearly used only for decoration and not as a flower holder. It measures approx. 3" in diameter.
