Ashton Drake Doll Gene Marshall Daughter of the Nile Prev Stop Play Next Description . This is an Ashton Drake doll called "Gene". She was designed by Mel Odom. Her outfit was designed by Timothy Alberts. This doll is called the "Daughter of the Nile". Daughter of the Nile is an exotic Egyptian Gown, reminiscent of the alluring costumes created for the historical epic movies so popular int heir time near the year 1952. The gown is hand beaded with faux gold, turquoise, coral and lapis lazuli on a sheath dress of silk crepe, lined in pale silk. Finely pleated, the sheer turquoise chiffon robe ripples as fluidly as the Nile. Includes gold metallic sandals, dangle earrings, and hand beaded bracelets, headdress and arm bands. Gene is not pictured with these because they are all in their original packaging. Her raven hair spills in soft waves past her shoulders. Two braids woven with gold cords cast an exotic allure The dress was designed by renowned fashion artist Timothy Alberts. Gene comes with all her accessories and her box with COA. Gene is 16" tall.
