266 Hansen Ave S Salem, OR 97302 USA NO RESERVE! ASPREY, 166 BOND ST. (LONDON) c. 1850-60's RARE FANCY MENS TRAVELING KIT Which apparently was made to slip in the side of a suitcase. The case has metal edges around brown alligator skin. This outstanding set has 13 instruments inside, including 4 STRAIGHT RAZORS, with hollow ground dish point straight razors, with "THE ALBERT VICTOR RAZOR" etched on the front above the saber grind. The tang is file worked. The handles are pretty elephant ivory with no noticeable cracks or chips, very attractive. Other pieces include a button hook, a corkscrew, spatula, fingernail instrument, scissors, file, a 3 1/2" EQUAL END POCKET KNIFE, with two spear blades with bright finish and original polish. T is another button hook, and a pricker of some sort. All of the pieces have e - ivory scales, very attractive and not one with noticeable cracks or chips. A RARE AND UNSUAL SET.
