This assortment of used 6L6G tubes are offered for your consideration. I am clearing out my remaining tubes and this set can be yours at a great price. Be sure to look over this auction carefully before bidding because all sales are final! I've had these tubes for decades and no longer have anything to use them in. However, they are in fair to excellent condition (see photos) and may be just right for preserving the vintage look of your jukebox, PA amplifier or similar device. Brands include RCA, GE, National Union and Tung Sol. These tubes were tested in a laboratory-grade tube analyzer and were found to be good. The tube analyzer tests tubes under actual operating conditions (see photo #4 for details). For comparison purposes, a typical new 6L6GC reads 3.55 uS transconductance, so three tubes are above average and two tubes are below average. Minimum reading is 2.66 uS. The tube matcher was developed for the tube industry and is NOT for sale to the public (don’t ask). IMPORTANT! Please understand that plugging these tubes into an amplifier may require a bias adjustment for top performance. Furthermore, if the output transformer, coupling capacitors, or bias network are defective, the tubes will be quickly and irreversibly damaged.
