I've had this pipe for quite a while. I love to pick it up and fondle it, but I focused on my Former and Heeschen pipes most as far as my rotation goes. It's time this beauty finds a new home and is enjoyed. When is the last time you saw one of Rolando Negoita's whale pipes? When did you see one this small? Think about those two questions and you'll understand that now is your opportunity to add this to your collection. You may never have that chance again! He tends to make larger pipes and this is a terrific group 3 sized beauty. Look at the grain on this pipe! You can spend all kinds of time looking at the grain and its movement. The pipe clearly has a strong resemblance to a beluga whale, likely what he modeled it after. The engineering and stem work are of course fantastic. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! Be sure to follow my auctions as I will be listing several high grade pipes in the coming weeks. Here are the dimensions:Weight: 33.6 gramsLength: 5.7 inches (about 14.5 cm)Height: 1.4 inches (about 3.6 cm) Chamber Depth: 1.0 inches (about 2.5 cm) Chamber Width: 0.72 inches (about 1.9 cm)Stamping: AtelierRolando 05I'm listing several pipes for a friend as well as thinning my own herd a bit.
