Athearn Chessie System B&O GP40 HO scale locomotive. Road number GM50. One of the most distinctive and easily recognizable paint schemes for the Chessie System. If you're a Chessie fan, this is a must have in your roster. Very detailed and ready to run as typical of these Athearn engines. Detail parts include, correct scale handrails, grab steps, number boards, horn, correct long hood mounted bell, m.u. hoses, windshield wipers, ACI boards, and fuel gauge indicator. C an be configured for DCC or Analog operation. Condition is New. Box shows minimal shelf wear. Has been sitting in my closet and it's time to let someone else add it to the roster.
