T his is RTR model. This model has neither been out of the box nor been on a track since I bought it. It is new condition, the seals are unbroken. I am selling it because I need to thin my fleet. have other Frieght Cars on auction. I will be thinning my HO Scale Model Railroad fleet in this week, so look at my other listings.
