ATLAS HO GAUGE HIGH NOSE SD-24, SOUTHERN #6314, SILVER SERIES Sadly, my dream layout is not going to become reality. I'm selling my collection of rolling stock and buildings. This Atlas SD-24 is the latest to go. The model is DCC ready with a 8 Pin socket - Ready to accept the NMRA Compliant Decoder/sound module of the buyers choice. The model features Kadee knuckle couplers already installed. The SD-24 sits on large C-C six wheeled trucks, and was said by the railroad men that rode her to "ride like a Cadillac". The SD-24's unusual spotting features like roof top air tanks and prominent turbocharger bulge are beautifully modeled by Atlas. Additional detail parts supplied in the box allow the modeler to approach the quality of Brass without the pain of Brass costs.
